Custom Website Design

Custom Website Design provide clients with more flexibility, capability, and creativity in meeting the needs of its business. *A non-refundable fee of $99.95 is required to get our assessment questionnaires. The questions asked in the assessment package will help GIBC to understanding your website needs for your business. Inside the package you will be asked to provide us with the specifications of your business website; a list of the features and service that it should provide. In addition, you will be ask to provide a statement of how we can measure whether your website needs are met. The information will serve as an initial start point in understanding your website design requirements.

You will receive a link to download the assessment specification questionnaires package after your payment have been received. The assessment fee will be credited to your account upon a signed agreement to purchase a Custom Website Design website. Your website development interval is determined after reviewing all the requested information from the assessment questionnaire package -- your assessment specification must be completed and return within 30 day of receiving the assessment questionnaire package; otherwise, you will forfeited your assessment fee credit. The total website development cost given within 10 business days after GIBC have received all of the requested information presented in the assessment specification questionnaire. One half of the total development cost is required to be paid before any additional work to be started on any project and the balance must be paid in full two weeks before the scheduled launch date. Technical Support

Our Technical Support is limited to making sure that the plug-ins port connections are functioning correctly. We do not support any software applications as a part of our hosting account. However, any help with software applications will be charge at an hourly rate, $50 USD per hour, and with a minimum change of $12.50 USD for 15 minutes or less.

Charges For Changes and Updates

No charges for minor updates or changes for customers who chose the select website model or custom design option for th first 30 day after their website lunch date Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is the client's responsibility to review all changes and/or updates. We strongly encourage our clients of the Select Website Model, and the Custom Website Design, to notify us of any necessary changes, immediately in writing. Your account not charged for correcting our mistakes. However, if a change needs to done due to client error, the regular hourly applies.

• We reserve the right to distinguish between updates and new design. All new design work are charged at our hourly rate
• All website content, changes, and updates should be provided electronically (by e-mail) as much as possible
• Attachments should be in .pdf, .txt or .doc (Word) format
• Pictures need to be .jpg, .gif, or .png
• Updates by postal mail or by fax are acceptable and additional cost my apply
• Content that must be retyped or scan and may incur additional cost
